チェックインの際に、ワックスをかけておくタイミングのご希望をお伺いいたします。
チェックイン前の荷物預かりが可能です。
22時以降のチェックインは事前に時間をお知らせください。
スタッフ不在の時間がありますので、事前にお知らせください。
- 現金またはクレジットカードでお支払い可能です。(JCB,VISA,MASTER,AMEX)
- 合計料金が10,000円以上の場合、オンライン決済のみとなります。
- キャンセルの場合は、7日前〜3日前は50％、2日〜前日は70%、当日または連絡なしの場合は100％のキャンセル料がかかります。
- GW･お盆･年末年始、休前日は追加料金あり（詳しくはご連絡下さい）
- オンライン決済の場合、必ずメールアドレスをご入力ください。
メールにてお支払い伝票を送信いたします。決済完了後、予約の確定となります。

We can keep your bags before check-in,If you need it,please let us know in advance.
Also please don’t hesitate to ask about check-in after 11PM.
- We can accept both of cash and credit card (JCB,VISA,MasterCard,AMEX)
- In the winter, online payments must be made when the total fee is 10,000 yen or more.
- Cancellation of the reservation on the day will incur a 100% of cancellation charge,on the day before to 2days before will incur a 70% of cancellation charge,on the day before to 7days before will incur a 50% of cancellation charge.
- There is a price increase on particular dates. For example new year,like around a big holiday.
- If you choose the online payment,Please make sure to input an e-mail address. The invoice is sent by an e-mail.
